“… und der Rest ist Geschichte” had it’s festival premiere in New York City as part of the NYC Independent Film Festival. Very cool to be included in a festival in one of the most culturally relevant citys on the planet.

Frankfurt’s film museum was a great host to the first official screening of “…und der Rest ist Geschichte”. On the 1st of September, film crew, friends, and guests got a chance to watch khartoum productions’s latest movie for the first time. With very positive reactions from everybody, the evening was a full success. Quite a few people went even so far as to call the film khartoum production’s best so far.

Only a matter of weeks now until the premiere. Editing done, color correction done, trailer going online these days. Now it’s only the final touches on the musical score we’re waiting for.

New movie in post-production

Principal photography of the new khartoum productions feature film is as good as finished. With only a few scenes remaining to be shot, post-production has started.

The movie will be titled “… und der Rest ist Geschichte” (… and the rest is history). Michael Kinzer plays the lead character, with the usual khartoum productions cast in supporting roles.

A release date is yet to be announced, but will likely be in early 2014.
